  When I called to make an appointment, the young lady (Laura ?) was friendly and funny. They even called back and had someone coming earlier than my scheduled date. Mr. Tony arrived in the appointed time window. He asked  questions to diagnose the problem. Quick assessment and went to work. The service was great. When the work was done, he explained everything and answered all of my questions satisfactorily. Price was reasonable and less than I expected. Thank you Overhead Door Company.

  The service man, Tony, came out to review the problem. Tony called the manufacturer for a replacement info. Tony made one trip up the ladder to remove the part and a second trip to install the replacement part. Tony is a very knowledgeable service man about his product and a professional representative of his company. I am glad Tony (#9) was my service technician.
